After a 1 hour lesson, we worked on a stonger grip, shoulder turn as well as hip turn, also how to hit the ball first, and a few drills for that. Next day shot 86 at Peninsula, before that was shooting 90 - 95, so it helped and I hadn't really started lots of drilling with the new methods!
